Group Childbirth Class

$175 per couple

In the group childbirth class, there will be up to six expecting couples at a time. Class will be held at a pear Maternal Mind and Body in Virginia Beach. Everything will be covered from pregnancy basics, to labor positions, to postpartum care over a total of 8 hours.

Next group class offering will run on Monday evenings in July from 6-8pm.

Private Childbirth Education

$250

Childbirth ed from the comfort of your own home! Materials will be brought to your home and I will teach the same curriculum in a shortened time frame.
